The minimum charge for a "ThatLooksAboutRight" (TLAR) floor plan that includes a site visit is $100 for a Tucson area home up to 1600 square feet*. Larger homes are $.08 per square foot* thereafter. For example, a 2000 sq ft home is $100 plus 400 sq ft x $0.8 = $32 totaling $132. A 3000 sq ft is $212. A 4000 sq ft home is $292. The home's measurements, exterior and interior, are taken on site by appointment only. As illustrated above (additional examples), the finished Floor Plan includes approximate room dimensions, window and door positions as well as the placement of all plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and major appliances even if some or all of the appliances are NOT included in the sale. The final rendering provides a vivid map of the layout and may be considered reliable enough to represent a good approximation of the home's inner space sufficient to aid the prospect's recall. The Floor Plan will be delivered electronically in a format suitable to the user's need (PDF, WMF, GIF, JPG) via email attachment no later than three business days from the date measurements are completed. The image file may be imported into most presentation software. To print copies as needed for ads, flyers, brochures, handouts, etc., the PDF format is usually adequate. If the user requires, camera ready LaserJet printed hard copy art will be hand delivered for an additional $20. A TLAR floor plan drawn from dimensions and/or existing
architectural plans provided by owner or realtor, that may be accomplished
without a site visit, will be considered for a discount rate on a case by
